The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on December 19, 2019 under the symbol “MNPR.” The offering is expected to close on December 23, 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 166,666 shares.
